What is stored, and why.

Your user id, username, display name and avatar. Nothing else. The id is the account key; the rest is display.

Session

A signed cookie holding your id and an expiry. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Not readable by scripts.

Your activity

Uploads, comments, votes and chat messages are stored because they are the site. Deleting a comment leaves a tombstone so threads keep their shape.

What is not done

No analytics scripts, no ad network, no selling of anything.
